Hines/Archstone-Smith is seeking consultants for Architecture and Engineering Services for the Design and Construction Phases of the Old Convention Center Site Redevelopment Project in downtown Washington, DC.
All potential consultants are encouraged to attend the Pre-Invitation Conference to meet representatives from the Hines/Archstone-Smith development team and learn more about the Project. Requests for Proposal (RFP’s) will be issued to firms invited to bid during September 2006.
