CityCenterDC: Master Plan Alternatives for a New Downtown Neighborhood
When: Thursday, May 4, 2006 - 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Where: City Museum of Washington, 801 K St, NW at Mt. Vernon Sq.
Hines|Archstone and the DC Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development announce the second community design workshop to solicit input into the master planning for CityCenterDC.
Design development has continued since the initial community design workshop held in November 2005. Development team members will update workshop participants on the continuing evolution of the master plan.

Where: Martin Luther King, Jr. Library - 901 G Street NW
Hines|Archstone and the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development announce the first community workshop to solicit input into the master planning for CityCenterDC.
After an initial project overview by the Development Team, participants will be able to visit stations highlighting key project components: affordable housing and jobs, traffic and parking, open space, retail, green building and environmental issues, and the overall layout of the site. Development team representatives from the following firms will be present: Hines, Archstone, Foster and Partners, Shalom Baranes Associates, Gustafson Guthrie Nichol, Gorove/Slade Associates, Williams Jackson Ewing, and Lewis Real Estate Services.
