We know that every great design requires skilled contractors to bring that design to reality; contractors who are dedicated to doing the best job possible and take pride in their work. Also, it's just good business sense to provide opportunities for local contractors to highlight their skills, while at the same time building their business' capacity to be able to take on larger, more complex projects.
