Employment
- This redevelopment will create new jobs on-site and off-site
- Every effort will be made to hire District residents for on-site jobs
Affordable Housing
20% of all residential units will be affordable at a range of incomes.
CBE Commitment
The project will create significant opportunities for Certified Business Enterprises (CBE).- CBEs will own 20% of developer equity and will invest at least $20 million in equity
- A minimum 35% of eligible pre-construction/construction and operational costs will be awarded to CBE contractors

We are dedicated to creating a place that radiates inspired, inviting urban design and superlative architecture. The architecture team is led by the world-renowned architecture firm, Foster & Partners and includes locally-acclaimed architects, Shalom Baranes Associates.
Unique Retailers
At least 30% of retail space will be devoted to merchants with six or fewer stores in the United States - most of these merchants will be local. Retail emphasis will focus on a broad range of restaurants and cafes, grocery/market foods, entertainment and home furnishings, fashion and specialty retail, and neighborhood services.
