Construction anticipated to begin: 2010

The project will include the following:

• Office: Parcel A - 800-850 10th Street - 504,000 sf
  Parcel B - 9th and New York Avenue - (Est.) 500,000 sf
• Housing: 674 units
• Parking: 2,451 spaces
• Hotel: 400 units

• Civic/Open Space: Park, Plaza, Pedestrian Alleys
